Returns
We accept returns for our matcha. For any reason, you can return your order, entirely or partially witin 14 days. To start a return simply send an email to Niwa’s customer service team at returns@niwamatcha.co
Return Guidelines
In the email, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information about the product you wish to return.
The returned matcha must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the items.
The matcha must have all original security seals still attached. If the seals have been broken or the package has been opened, the product will not be eligible for return and will be rejected.
If it does not fit these requirements, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days from the receipt of the merchandise.
shipping fees
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
