While most orders placed before 16:00 CET are prepared promptly, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Standard shipping with Track & Trace
Reduced-cost shipping without tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Unless you selected the untracked option.
Untracked Shipping Disclaimer
If you choose reduced shipping without Track & Trace, please be aware:
Your parcel will not include tracking, and delivery times may vary.
NIWA Matcha is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing parcels once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
By choosing this option, you agree to accept the risk of shipping without traceability or delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping if you prefer added security.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.
